Casa Sima is an immaculate and contemporary detached newly built villa located in Villagio Is Chillaus which is a 5 minute drive from the centre of Sant’Anna Arresi and a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches of Porto Pino. The villa is distributed over two levels with attention paid to every last detail for guests to enjoy a comfortable stay.
No expense has been spared in the design, décor and furnishings of Casa Sima to create a great ambiance. The ground floor offers a spacious open plan living and dining room with asian inspired furnishings, a kitchen with modern amenities, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and guest toilet. The swimming pool is located at the smaller terrace at the front of the house. There is a large terrace at the back of the house which has facilities for alfresco living/dining, a Jacuzzi and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbeque and a pizza oven overlooking a 350 sqm garden with native olive trees, lemon trees, myrtle bushes and a herb garden. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms with king size beds and a large bathroom with a peerless view of the sea in the distance. In the basement is ample storage, laundry space and a washing machine available.

“What a wonderful villa”
We had an amazing stay at this villa as it was extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The super king sized beds were very comfortable, the rooms were nice and spacious, WiFi worked really well, the huge TV’s were a bonus (we took our NowTV stick and connected it), there were lots of lovely place to sit and relax around the villa - we loved the day bed by the pool, swimming pool was a good size, there were available toy floats, the waterfall showers were a lovely treat, all the towels were provided. Pia and Salvatore were very welcoming and kept in contact for our arrival. We were met by the very lovely Diana who was available throughout our stay for any questions. There was a hot tub, however it wasn’t available to use for our stay so check with the owners if this is a necessity for you. The local beaches were fantastic and a short drive gave even more variety. We had an amazing week. Thank you!

“Classy”
Beautifully furnished villa with excellent pool and outdoor area. Just a few minutes drive from Sant'Anna Aressi with its shops and restaurants and only 10mins drive from the beach. Pia and Salvatore were excellent hosts; meeting us in the town when we arrived and providing great advice on the local area and beaches. Very fond memories already!!
