A moradia onde se insere este T1 (construída no ano de 1934, alvo de intervenção no ano de 2015) localizada na Costa da Laurissilva, no Sítio da Terra Chã, com vistas sobre a vila de São Vicente na Ilha da Madeira (a 5 minutos a pé da mesma vila).
Pequeno-almoço incluído.
Encontra-se a 30 minutos da cidade do Funchal e a 45 minutos do Aeroporto da Madeira.
A propriedade tem uma área total de 5050 m2, onde é exercida uma atividade agrícola para consumo, com muitas árvores de fruta e loureiros (laurissilva). Uma atividade que está contemplada na atividade agrícola, é a cultura da vinha para consumo (a tradicional vinha Jaqué e a vinha morangueiro, tradicionalmente conhecido por uva americana no Arquipélago da Madeira). O vinho é produzido no lagar da propriedade, um lagar tradicional madeirense de vara e fuso (onde os clientes se o quiserem podem participar nestes trabalhos) e posteriormente o vinho é guardado na Adega/Museu Garcês.
Os clientes à chegada são brindados com um vinho produzido na propriedade pelos sócios gerentes. Existe um dia na semana em que é feita a prova dos vinhos produzidos na propriedade, caso exista interesse pelo clientes.
Na propriedade existe uma churrascaria tradicional madeirense (com forno, zona de churrasco e lar) para ser usada pelos clientes.
Existe um serviço de aluguer de bicicletas (adulto e criança), para poderem os clientes visitar o interior da vila e arredores.
Sistema de Wi fi gratuito no interior e exterior da propriedade.
Os quartos têm ar-condicionado,
TV plasma, WC privativa e personalizada e vistas para o centro da vila de São Vicente.
Possibilidade de preparação de refeições, na cozinha equipada.
A propriedade fica a 3 minutos de carro das Grutas e Centro de Vulcanismo de São Vicente, da farmácia, supermercado, zona de restauração tradicional madeirense, correios e do mar/praia propicia para o surf.
A diária apresentada é para duas pessoas por noite, acresce o valor por cada pessoa extra, até ao número indicado de lotação.
