The Hamlet is located in the heart of southern Tuscany on the hills of Maremma and not far from Tyrrhenian sea.
Immersed in nature with unique panoramic views, is ideal for large groups, friends and families.
The lodgings in the Hamlet are: 4 ensuite rooms (Il Casaletto ) , a small cottage (Il Villino), a small stone house (La Casetta); offering privacy to the guests wanting holiday together.
In the surrounded garden there is a private swimming pool, barbecues area, laundry and common kitchen.
The Hamlet is located within the organic farm Fontenuova, a short distance from the hill top town of Saturnia and its famous thermal springs.

Il luogo è particolarmente tranquillo e caratterizzato da una folta vegetazione; punto di partenza per escursioni fino al fiume Albegna o nel bosco. Sotto una quercia secolare la piscina circondata dal prato.
L’accesso alle abitazioni avviene tramite un percorso fiorito da cui si dipartono le entrate delle singole camere; gli interni sono rifiniti con infissi in castagno, vetri atermici, mobili funzionali e moderni in un’atmosfera accogliente e signorile; tutte le camere con angolo cottura. Nel retro un’area di servizio per lavanderia, stenditoio e deposito. In prossimità delle abitazioni un’area riservata ai parcheggi. L’area giochi è vicino alla piscina.

The BORGHETTO is made up of three separate self-catering units: Il Casaletto (The Little Farm-House), Il Villino (The Little Villa), and La Casetta (The Little House), La Reception, La Pergola. These are perched on a hillside, offering breath-taking views. Each unit has it’s own private pathway.
OVERALL, BORGHETTO HAS MORE SLEEPS 15+7 (ON SOFA BEDS) =22. CAN BE RENTED SEPARATELY OR ALL TOGETHER, WITH EXCLUSIVE USE OF POOL AND KITCHEN
Each unit is fitted with a modern kitchenette and a laundry area. There is a shared breakfast area under the pergola and a swimming pool under an ancient oak tree.
