Little Chequers is a charming cottage in a row of 4 terraced cottages with private parking in the pretty Suffolk village of Friston,
located just 4 miles from the popular coastal resort of Aldeburgh and just 3 miles from the world famous Snape Maltings.
Llittle Chequers has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped Kitchen, large lounge, conservatory, downstairs toilet, cloakroom.Upstairs there is a large king size bedroom, a single bedroom and a good sized bathroom. There is a pretty garden to the rear with garden furniture.
Overall, Little Chequers is a very comfortable cottage with superb amenities in a great location.

“Lovely little cottage”
The cottage was very comfortable, very dog friendly with a secure enclosed garden. Parking is easy at the end of the row. Location is good as it’s easy to reach lots of coastal locations, also right behind a friendly pub who serve good food.

“Christmas at Little Chequers”
The location is really good. Very close to the A12, but in a peaceful location. Easy to find,and to park despite being in a sort of cul-de-sac. Being there for Christmas, it was lovely to have decorations in place. Despite being an animal friendly home, there was no animal smell, which was appreciated. There was just about every kitchen tool provided as well.The storage heaters had not been set when we arrived, but the electric fires soon had the cottage warm. Fortunately I have lived with storage heaters before, so was able to use them effectively.The only reason the score was not excellent, was the EXTREMELY frustrating hob and oven.So complicated, almost leading to no Christmas dinner. It was only when the instructions allowed all lengthy instructions to be overridden, that dinner was saved!
