This lovely apartment is a typical beach house, where every environment brings to the colors and scents of the Mediterranean Sea. It is composed of a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bright double room with double bed, a large bedroom with twin beds, a living room where you can spend hours and relax and where you can add two extra beds and a beautiful bathroom with bath / shower.Its furnishings are very fresh and refined, and is completed with two large balconies where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun and its beautiful summer nights.The apartment is on the first floor of a building surrounded by a large green garden and its location make it possible to easily walk to both the sea and only 250 meters, and all kinds of daily necessities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants , pizzerias, etc. ...

Nearby you can admire the natural beauty of the Blue Grotto, the Pebble Beach of the beautiful coastline. Then there are archaeological beauties such as the Villa Marco Emilio Scauro, the Megalithic Walls, the marina and the Roman amphitheater. The nearby village of Minturno is a typical example of a medieval town with a castle and narrow streets and features, known tourist destinations near are Gaeta, Sperlonga...and all countries along the Gulf of Gaeta. All these places are very close and can be visited either on foot or by bus, which stops just around the corner, the 'island of Ponza, Ventotene and Amalfi Coast can be reached by ferry station which is located in Formia, a city adjacent to Scauri. Scauri is placed between two wonderful cities like Rome and Naples, this makes it an ideal place to live their art and culture in one day. Ideal for visiting the Royal Palace and the important excavations of Pompeii and Herculaneum, these places are all accessible an hour by train by train, the train station is right in Scauri.

“Lovely accommodation in a perfect location”
Thank you for a lovely week. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach, food shops and restaurants. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owner Stefania was extremely helpful, lending us a beach parasol and giving us lifts to and from the station. Rome, Naples, Vesuvius and Pompeii were just over an hour by train. We would be very happy to stay here again.

“Home from home, lovely acomodation”
The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The photos didn't do it justice, it was a very large, bright and airy apartment. I asked if we were the first guests as it was so new looking, the oven and fridge were spotless as if never been used. My young boys loved sharing a room together and played happily in it and also slept very well. Plenty of cupboards and wardrobe space. The owners were amazing, so friendly and lived very close. Stephania was exceptionally thoughtful as she had left us train and boat timetables, books and maps of the area. There was always enough hot water for all of us to shower after a day at the beach. Eating out wasn't enjoyable for us as restaurant food isn't as nice as italian family cooking, so we wasted a lot of money on food that wasn't up to standard. We wished we'd made use of the spotless hob and oven and cooked a few meals, as there was a lovely supermarket 2 mins away on the main road. Kids didn't want to be dragged back out in the evenings anyway. We had a lovely stay and if we came back to Scario we would definitely stay here again, we couldn't fault it, thanks to Erasmo and Stephania x
