Description
The Villa Sogni d'Oro in the beautiful valley of Fraginesi is a real jewel and very special. The owners have created a small paradise in the 3300 square meter garden. The mediterranean vegetation is very well maintained. Guests can relax at the 5 by 10 meter swimming pool with deck chairs, sunshades and an outdoor shower (hot / cold). The pool normaly is open from may to early november. A large outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a pizza oven invites you to enjoy dinner. Two apartments in the villa offer a total capacity for 10 persons, with wonderful antique furniture. Around both apartments there are numerous terraces where you can plan your day at breakfast or just relax and enjoy the sun and the sights of the valley. The owners live in the middle part of the complex, so that they are always available and willing to help.
The small apartment for 4 people on 70 square meters offers everything you need for a fantastic holiday . In the typical Sicilian style brick kitchen everything is available (cooker, oven, fridge, freezer). The kitchen is open to the living area, where you find a sofa bed for 2 other people. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. From all rooms you have a beautiful view of the garden. A heating makes this apartment interesting in the winter months for cyclists, hikers and climbers. The villa is perfect for people who appreciate the tranquility and ambience, but do not want to miss the proximity to the beaches, the places to visit and Castellammare del Golfo with a lot of nice restaurants and always a bit of night live depending of the season.

Die Villa Sogni d'oro im wunderschönen Tal von Fraginesi ist ein echtes Kleinod und etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Eigentümer haben in dem 3300 Quadratmeter großen Garten ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Die mediterrane Vegetation ist super gepflegt. Die Gäste können im 5 mal 10 Meter großen Swimmingpool mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Außendusche (warm/kalt) inmitten dieser tollen Vegetation entspannen. Eine große Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen lädt zu ausgiebigen Abendessen ein. In der Villa bieten 2 Appartements insgesamt Platz für 10 Personen, die mit wunderbaren alten Möbeln eingerichtet sind. Drumherum sind zahlreiche Terrassen auch vor jedem Appartement, wo man beim Frühstück den Tag planen oder einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Die Vermieter wohnen im Mittelteil, so dass sie jederzeit ansprechbar sind und gerne Tipps geben.
Das kleine Appartement für 2 bis 4 Personen bietet auf 70 Quadratmetern alles, was man für einen traumhaften Urlaub braucht. In der im typisch sizilianischen Stil gemauerten Küche ist alles vorhanden (Herd/Ofen/Kühl-/, Gefrierkombination) und geht in den Wohnbereich mit Fernseher über. Dort befindet sich auch noch ein Schlafsofa, so dass im Grunde auch 6 Personen Platz fänden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Ehebett und zwei Einzelbetten. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Von allen Zimmern hat man einen wunderschönen Blick in den Garten. Das Appartement hat eine richtige Heizung, so dass diese Unterkunft auch in den Wintermonaten für Radfahrer, Wanderer und Kletterer zu empfehlen ist. Die Villa ist für Menschen geeignet, die Ruhe und Ambiente schätzen, aber die Nähe zu den Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht missen möchten. Ein Auto ist erforderlich und Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

“Fantastic Stay”
Great accommodation, relaxing setting. Pleasant temperature in October and not too busy! Helpful host. Plenty to do for a week. Car essential. Gorgeous restaurant in Castellammare called Egesta.

Response from the manager Vielen Dank für Ihre Rezension. Da die Villa über Internet verfügt, gucken die meisten ausländischen Gäste ihre Programme darüber. Dennoch werden wir natürlich anregen auch ausländische Programme anzubieten. Die Regel nicht in den Pool zu springen, dient alleine der Sicherheit. Da der Pool nicht tief genug ist zum Reinspringen und nicht bewacht. Wir hatten schon viele Familien mit Kindern als Gäste, die das wunderbare Anwesen sehr genossen haben. Leider gibt es auch immer wieder Gäste., die ohne ein paar Regeln womöglich die Gäste im anderen Appartement stören, die sich erholen wollen.

Response from the manager Vielen Dank für die Rezension. Leider gibt es auf Sizilien immer mal wieder Strom Probleme, wofür die Vermieter nichts können. Leider ist während des Aufenthaltes die Heizanlage, die auch für Warmwasser in dem einen Appartement sorgt, kaputt gegangen. So etwas kann passieren. Aber die Vermieter haben sofort eine Lösung angeboten und das zweite Appartement zum Duschen zur Verfügung gestellt.
