Its panoramic position, its privacy and beauty of the landscapes make this villa an exclusive place to those who stay here feels privileged. Continuing you reach the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the sea and the beach of Cala bunch of Sciacca. A flowered pergola protects a third seating area with comfortable sofas, tables and chairs for relaxing and sunbathing. Going further, you reach the covered terrace which houses two dining areas are tastefully decorated and overlook the sea. The terrace at the back of the villa hosts the barbecue area and outdoor shower. The two side entrances of the villa open onto a large living area with its large openings sea side. The living room includes a TV area, a sitting area and a dining area. The kitchen and two bedrooms. From the living room leads to the sleeping area with a bedroom, a room with a bunk bed and a single bed, one bathroom with shower. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The decoration is very accurate and favors pastel colors creating a comfortable, cozy, restful. The materials chosen as the terracotta craft to the floor, are of great quality. The garden is cared for and is home to many Mediterranean plants such as the typical dwarf palm trees that characterize the Zingaro nature reserve.
