Description

The Lane Villa is so named as the property sits in a secluded 'gang', the Balinese word for lane, just enough steps from the best shopping and restaurants to retain it's peace and privacy. The beach, bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping of down town Seminyak are all just a short stroll from your Villa entrance.

The Lane Villa, Seminyak is a luxurious private sanctuary from which to enjoy the tropical days and nights of Bali. Designed by British/ Australian architectural firm 4D, it has been conceived to offer a classic experience of modern tropical living.

Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the villa compliment the locally sourced stone work and the lush tropical garden is completed by the spectacular 12 meter private pool.

Built New in 2012, The villa is constructed using the highest quality materials, to really stand out from the crowd with it's WOW factor.

Relax on the huge L shape sofa in the open Living pavillion, surrounded by palms and sip drinks while the soothing water feature calms your senses. By night the spectacularly lit pool changes the complexion of the villa as the sun sets and Seminyak comes alive.

The 4 Master Suites all offer views out across the pool from their king size beds. all enjoy a/c and gorgeous ensuite bathrooms, each one unique. His and hers showers and basins, indoor/outdoor with private gardens and carved wall features. Check out our photo gallery to get an idea of the space and design of the Villa!

The first floor Master suite uses the entire 80m2 of the building and is furnished with a comfy L shape sofa, flatscreen satellite tv and dvd and has a huge walk through wardrobe and soothing japanese style bathroom. Breakfast can be taken on the generous balcony and is prepared by our staff each morning. We offer a provisions service so it's just a matter of jotting down your requirements for the day and our staff will pick up or order everything you need.

We like to make sure our guests get the most out of their stay in Seminyak and as things are constantly improving and changing we have prepared a personal pdf guide to all of our favourite new restaurants, places and activities around the island which we'll send you when you book and which you can keep on your phone, Ipad etc

Getting around

The beach, bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping of down town Seminyak are all just a short stroll from your Villa entrance. For a new trending area of Petitenget it's just 10 min taxi drive

Interaction with guest

We do not have 24hrs reception stand by however our staff will be there to welcome you at your arrival time. Breakfast is include it and will be prepare every morning according to your request. Room will be clean daily and the staff will come back in the afternoon to turn down your bed and also switch on the light.
