Welcome to our villa. For us it is very important to do our outmost to make your Bali stay joyful, relaxing and just amazing! Therefore, following services are complimentary and included in the villa rate:

ACCOMODATION
The villa offers a relaxing retreat where up to 8 adult guests can enjoy their Bali stay. The villa is a 4 bedroom villa with a natural stone pool and a lush garden with a Balinese gazebo. All bedrooms have an attached bathroom. The villa guests have exclusive use of the villa buildings, including the living room, swimming pool and garden.
The villa is a beautiful spacious villa located in the heart of Seminyak at the back of a calm and quiet dead-end street. Total privacy and tranquility is created within the walled compound and lush tropical landscaped garden allowing guests to relax and take in the ambience of their new home. Here you will hear the tropical birds sing in the morning. And if you wish to listen to music while relaxing in the villa - a professional music system is installed and waiting for you to use it.
Breakfast is included and complimentary. There is a breakfast menu from which you will choose your breakfast one day prior. And of course you also decide at what time you would like the breakfast. The next morning the villa chef and the butler will prepare and serve you the breakfast.
House rules
The villa is available for 8 adults maximum, extra people on demand if children, according to their age.
The number of guests shall correspond to the number indicated at the time of booking.
Strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
In order to respect Indonesian laws and Balinese culture, noisy parties and drug consumption are absolutely forbidden in the villa!
The music system should be turned off at 10:00 pm at the latest.
Pets are forbidden if no agreements in written in advance.
