This interconnect 5 bedroom villa in a modern style offers the ultimate in vacation accommodation. Located in the heart of Seminyak, most vibrant and fashionable district, the centre of restaurants, bars and shops.

In tropical modern style this stunning villa offers an open plan living area with lush garden surrounds alongside a 5 metre swimming pool and deck with lounges with the added convenience of full time housekeeping and villa staff.

So whether you just wish to relax and lounge around the villa, or enjoy the cosmopolitan shopping, the wonderful dining, or the party life style which Bali, and in particular Seminyak is so famous for, Villa Merta Sari is your ideal Bali Holiday Villa.

This villa interconnects with adjoining villa ( Villa 3 ) and therefore can convert to a massive 5 bedroom villa if required.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
