Villa Kaly, Villa Aksara and and Villa Zayya are located in the heart of the trendy neighborhood of Oberoi, 250m from Seminyak Square, 700m from seminyak beach, and within minutes of all convenience stores and some of the most beautiful restaurants and shops in the Seminyak area.

Made with a combination of modern and traditional architectural styles, this vacation rentals will assure you comfort and pleasure. These gorgeous villas are connected by pretty wooden door and can accommodate up to 30 person.

Villa Kaly, Aksara and Zayya:

After passing through the beautiful antique door as you enter the villas, you will find the long swimming pool, where you can enjoy plunging yourself in a blue clear water on the morning before having your delightful breakfast. Two lovely bungalows with alang-alang roofing (typical Balinese roof) are placed at the end of the pool. You will find in each one, a nicely decorated bedroom offering a pool view with en suite bathroom.

The main building is in a Joglo concept (Indonesian traditional house in old teak wood), the solid structure by centenary wood material that shelters the living room, TV area, the open-plan kitchen with the dining room. This spacious place offers a friendly ambient in a sophisticated decoration. Opened on three sides, you will enjoy a better view of the luxuriant tropical garden. In each side of the house, two modern and cozy bedrooms are accessible through their bay windows giving a garden view. Moreover, both bedrooms are equipped with a spacious dressing area and large mirror at your disposal.

Please remember that Bali is a tropical island with an amazing biodiversity. You might see all kinds of exotic and less exotic animals during your trip. Included small insects like ants and mosquitoes as well as harmful small lizards and geckos that are very common in Balinese homes and hotels. Due to the proximity of the rice fields all around Bali, in rare occasions you might meet a rice field mice or even more rarely a snake (almost all of them are harmless).

We do our best to control mosquito population in our villas by doing fumigation twice a month, cleaning the place thoroughly every day and maintain the garden several times a week, unfortunately (or fortunately!) we can’t eradicate every living creature. We provide mosquito spray and electric repellent.

My second visit to Seminyak, this time a boys trip 12 of us and thus villa suited us perfectly. A bedroom and en-suite each which was impossible to find else where in this location. Close to everythin… More
