At only 10 minutes from the beach and neat of all convenience, this beautiful villa is the perfect place to spend your holiday.

This villa is composed of three bedroom with bathroom, swimming pool, kitchen and a beautiful living room. The villa have full equipment like air conditioning, Internet, washing machine and TV.

Is location allows you to enjoy your holiday and discover the city of Seminyak. The room included daily cleaning.

Villa sham is a charm, gorgeous villa set in 500 square meters of landscaped gardens. A perfect destination for a group of friends or families, Villa sham will ensure that you make the best choice for your vacation. The garden is well maintained with tropical greenery all around.

This villa is composed of three bedrooms with bathroom in each bedroom, 15m large private pool, kitchen and a beautiful living room. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, Internet, powerful Wifi, washing machine and TV.

Its location will allow you to enjoy your holiday and discover the city of Seminyak.

Villa manager will take care of anything you may be need during your stay and we will be able to be contacted anytime. We will assist you with questions or enquiries you may have and we will help to organize transport, spa activity, rental bike/bicycle etc.

We would privide breakfast in the villa with additional charge USD 5 per person per day. The menu that we serve is such as American breakfast, Continental breakfast and Omelet. You may also make a choice with the menu that you like to have during your stay.

The dashing bedrooms, tastefully decorated with paintings and antiques. Each bedroom has large closet, air conditioner, and ensuite private bathroom. It has a modern style of bed and it's very comfortable. According to the request from guests, setting of the bed can be changed from twin bed to queen bed and vice versa.

The villa is fully equipped with a modern kitchen where guests can cook and prepare their meal or snack as what they desire. BBQ can also be made in Villa sham site.

Modern luxury combined with Balinese architecture, ideal for guests who want to live luxuriously in an intimate cozy space. The interior architecture is fused with colonial elegance and modern furnishing for a true tropical setting. The villa features a lovely ethnic inspired décor. On the living room, there is a flat screen TV, sound system and DVD player and a large comfortable couch to lounge on. The living and dining area are planned to allow guests to enjoy the cool evening breeze. Open spaces, the abundance of natural light & tropical breeze, creating a relaxed & soothing ambiance.
