One of our best sellers in Seminyak! Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Villa Litan is located in Seminyak. The property is an easy 100m walk to the popular Eat street where you'll find many iconic restaurants & bars. 600m from Seminyak Square Markets & Shopping Mall. This villa provides a quiet, private, garden retreat from the busy streets of Seminyak.
Inside the secure gate, there is a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV. A kitchenette complete with ceiling fan, microwave, large fridge & dining area which overlooks the pool. 2 more flat-screen TV's with satellite channels is provided in both queen size bedrooms each with air conditioners, ceiling fans & large private bathrooms. A further 2 single beds in the upstairs air conditioned bedroom with powder room.
Ku De Ta & Seminyak beach are both 800m & Ngurah Rai International Airport is 11km from the property.
