Situated in Seminyak, Villa Batukaru is fabulously located, nestled amongst the best the area has to offer. Approximately an 800 meter stroll to the Seminyak beach near the Oberoi Hotel and also a series of exclusive beachfront restaurants, bars and day spas including: La Lucciola, Ku De Ta and Body Works.
Villa Batukaru draws together privacy, relaxation and comfort and is artfully finished with simplicity and elegance.
This unique two story, three bedroom villa offers a large air conditioned master bedroom upstairs with en suite bathroom and walk in closet ,a terrazzo bathtub and a small balcony overlooking the private pool , garden and charming neighborhood.The entire villa has marble flooring .
The two bedrooms on the main level provide an air-conditioned haven, one featuring a hand carved teakwood bed with matching dresser .Large glass doors open up to the outdoor courtyard and pool.
The enclosed courtyard with fishpond is lined with tropical foliage and is filled with tropical flowers and plants. The private plunge pool is complimented with two lounge chairs providing a space for relaxation and soaking up the sun.
the Villa provides a dining area and an open air lounge ,which features a flat screen screen TV, DVD player and stereo .
The kitchen is located adjacent to a bar which divides the living area from the kitchen and affords the added convenience of home living.

Response from the owner I certainly understand that the broken leg of one of your children while surfing at the beginning of your Bali vacation caused you a lot of frustration. A small piece of glass falling out of sliding window in my villa , which has worked fine for 16 years and was probably handled poorly by you , did not help your situation . However ,criticizing every aspect of my villa ,which has been rated with nothing but 4 and 5 stars from all other guests in the past 10 years ,is not the proper way to deal with your unfortunate situation . Wishing you the best of luck for your future vacations in Bali .
