Description
Balimasan villa has all modern comforts, located in the residential area of Umalas, 200 meters from the main street. You may go for lunch or dinner just walk to restaurants nearby. The furniture is unique. They were created to measure by a French designer known as Esther Bali. The soil very pleasant to the touch and the walls are polished cement. The originality and quality of architecture, furniture, garden, services, and service will make your holiday is great on the island of the gods.

- 5 to 10 minutes from Seminyak and trendy establishments such Kudeta, Potato Head, internationally renowned restaurants such as Metis, Sarong, chic shops, bars and nightclubs.

- 30 minutes from Nirwana Golf Country Club. One of the finest golf courses in Asia which designed by Greg Norman.
- 30 minutes to Tanah Lot temple, the picturesque site most visited in Bali.
- 20 minutes from Bali International Airport.
- 60 minutes from Ubud, Bali's capital of art and culture.
Balimasan villa consists of 2 buildings limasan called exotic wood imported from Java. These are old traditional houses.
This romantic holiday villa lies in a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with Jacuzzi 8 meters.
There are three chairs and two santai (comfortable mattresses) to relax on the wooden deck facing the iron pool.
The entrance is through the main limasan (125 square meters) that has a living room, lounge, kitchen and a bedroom with a terrace facing the pool.
From the other side of the pool is the number two limasan (100 square meters)
They have two rooms with private bathroom
The Villa has three rooms with very quiet air conditioner.
The bedding is very comfortable, American-style mattresses
There is a junior suite in the main limasan 22M, 2 master bed rooms of 30M2 in limasan number two. They have large windows overlooking the pool.
The apparent structure in exotic lazure wood and white walls provide a relaxing environment.
The junior suite has a bed of 1.80 m by 2 m, a closet with a safe and extensive coverage,
and opens onto a terrace furnished with two cushions (health) of 75cm long with 1,65m wide and 55cm thick.
A bathroom with toilet, shower luxurious furniture and teak bathroom communicates with the living room and bedroom.
The two master bedrooms have bright beds of 2 m by 2 m, a wardrobe with a safe and a sofa for a very comfortable 80 m it able to serve as extra bed and a magnificent antique carved panel on the wall.
The spacious bathrooms of which is fully air of 20 square meters each have a spacious shower, separate toilet opening onto a beautiful garden.
The lounge and dining room, this large room has large windows overlooking the entrance to the garden and pool. The living room is provided with a comfortable sofa with a mattress of 25 cm thermoformed foam and two chairs turned to a 40 inch LCD TV with home video and stereo.
The kitchen has a gas stove, ample storage space and equipment and a work plan which also serves bar. This area offers many utensils to cook up dishes of the finest.
Hibiscus and bougainvillea in bloom as well as inspire the traveler's tree to serenity. The pool deck is wooden iron. It is equipped with garden furniture high-end aluminum and synthetic rattan. The swimming pool of 8 meters of natural stone has a jacuzzi 10 jets 2.50 per 1.80m. It is a pleasant space for young children and to relax.
The manager of the villa welcomes guests on arrival, leads the team to meet the needs of each client. The maid takes care of household chores. She prepare breakfast or Indonesian specialties, which is the first breakfast already included in the price. She works from 9:00 to 17:00 except Sunday. The guard provides security for guests between 18:00 and 8:00. It also handles maintenance of the pool and garden maintenance.

- A private terrace three chairs plus two sun beds
- The main bedrooms are air conditioned, remote control allows you to select individual temperature
- Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, juicer, rice cooker, refrigerated water fountain, etc.)
- LG LCD 40 "multi-channel TV, DVD player, making hi-fi CD, IPod in the lounge.
- Small safe all rooms, Free and unlimited access to the Internet, WIFI, Some books, magazines and DVDs
- Private parking
