Description
Very nice villa in the small village Sesmarias, it has 3 double bedrooms, one of which with an en suite bathroom and one more spacious bathroom for common use.
The kitchen is fresh refurbished and has a lot of space and all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave and all sorts of cooking utilities). It connects to the dining room that together with the bright living room connects with a wonderful south terrace where you can have a nice breakfast with a view to the pool.
All bedrooms have nice closets, one of them has two single beds and the other two have double bed and all of the spaces have very lighthearted furniture and decoration done with regional elements.The big soft couch in the living room offers an extra bed possibility, easy to unfold, good for a couple of guests.
The pool is well taken care of and there is a lot of space around it to sunbathe after a good swim. There is an outdoor grill that you can gladly use to enjoy the marvelous fresh fish from the sea. There's a lot of green around the house that you can water if you like, and a few lemon and orange trees to pluck fruit from.
Sesmarias is quite small but there are two cafes, a restaurant, a newspaper-shop and a mini-market, all very near of course. A less than 3 km away there are several beaches, golf course, a wonderful water park and other picturesque places that you can visit.

“Great Villa.”
An absolutely great villa with a pool only 6 mins to great beach. Bahia Grande with 4 restaurants/loungers/kayaks etc and loads of sand in a lovely sheltered bay with a castle at the end. Great value… More

“A litle piece of heaven.”
We were very pleased with this choice. Everything was as nice as it looked and although it was not in walking distance of the beach, the pool/grill combo made us not want to leave!
