Description

The villa is in a great location, great nearby beaches and golf courses, Tennis and Padel Club, Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. The large private pool is fantastic with the sun on it all day and at night the pool lights enable an evening swim after alfresco dining from the large bbq. The upper terrace is a great place to enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea.

Casa Jovic is fully air conditioned and has a king size bedroom and 1 double with additional single and 2 twin bedroom suites, all with luxury bathrooms and is ideal for families to share or for one family who enjoy their space. The villa is registered with the tourist and council office and has a valid rental license.

There are shops, bars and restaurants within 2 minutes easy walking distance including the Michelin starred Bon Bon restaurant and the ever popular Luisa restaurant and bar, and easy to reach the fantastic local beaches of Carvoeiro - voted the best beach in Europe, Caneiros, Ferragudo and Pinta Dinho.

A car is not essential.

There is plenty to see and do around the villa, with a great selection of restaurants, but with a brick full size bbq and al fresco dining at Casa Jovic a trip to the local supermarket or fish market will ensure that dining at home is a very relaxing way to spend your evenings.

If you prefer to relax at the villa there is plenty to do, including a Playstation and Wii with a selection of games,cable TV,DVD, free wifi, pool toys, table tennis and music system.

Casa Jovic has 4 large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The villa does sleep up to 9 people in full size beds but we prefer smaller groups who like their space. Maybe families with young adults who don’t want to share a bedroom with a sibling! All bedrooms have electric fans and air conditioning. The lounge and dining room are also air conditioned for the summer heat but also a log fire and heaters for the cooler evenings and in the winter making Casa Jovic a year round venue. We have a local Manager, who will not intrude on your private holiday but is available in case of need. All the home comforts you would expect are included as standard with the addition of a Playstation and Wii and games , wifi internet access, cable TV providing Portuguese and English channels , DVD and sound system. In addition there is table tennis, pool toys and bat and ball.

Casa Jovic is fully enclosed and situated in a lovely area. The garden surrounds the villa and gives room for ball games on grassed areas plus patio space around the swimming pool. There is plenty of garden furniture, a sunbed for everyone, together with al fresco dining area with large bbq and raised terrace with smaller table for drinks to watch those wonderful sunsets.Full size table tennis for garden use.

There are security cameras positioned on the front and rear gates for added property security. The house alarm is not activated whilst clients are staying.

Getting around

We will provide you with lots of details before your trip including tips about the local area. Plus, we provide a lot of guidance at the villa including the number for a reliable local taxi that we have used for several years and can be trusted to turn up when requested. Uber is also a very good alternative service in the Algarve. It is easy to walk around the area but there is also two bus routes, one of which is a hop-on/Hop-off bus that tours the key local spots.

We have a villa manager on-hand when you need her. We will arrange with you privately related to keys etc, and the villa manager will visit you early in your stay to ensure everything is as you would hope for.

“Lovely Villa”

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children (4,9,13) had a lovely time at Casa Jovic, where we stayed for 10 days. It is a comfortably furnished, spacious villa which has everything you need for your holiday, including wi-fi. We spent a lot of time around and in the lovely pool, and having BBQ's. We also made use of the 3 local cafes/restaurants, we particularly liked Donatos which does great pizzas. It was handy having the small supermarket within walking distance. We explored a few of the local beaches, as recommended in the very helpful owners manual left in the villa which had a lot of detail about the local area in it. The villa is only a 5 minute from Carvoeiro, and we had a some great nights there. All in all a great time was had by all.
