New for the 2017 summer season, this wonderful 6 bedroom air-conditioned villa will be one of our most popular villas for the new season,
Perfect for any family vacation, with a great pool / garden area which has child protection with entrance gates, also supplied with plenty of sunbeds, table and chairs for outside dining with Bbq, Table Tennis Table and and also uk tv,
The villa as a large lounge on the ground floor, separate kitchen and 1 double bedroom leading out to the pool area with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms, 1 with en-suite.
The second floor as a small second lounge supplied with a sofa-bed and 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, 1 with en-suite and a further shower room,
Most bedrooms lead on to sun terraces with either countryside or sea views,
There are 4 bar / restaurants located within a few hundred meters including scoobies English bar with pool, crazy golf and great food and also one of the best beaches - Praia Da Evaristo within a few hundred meters of the property.
The property will sleep up to 12 adults and 2 children on sofa-beds.
A heated pool is also available at this property for a 200 Euros a week supplement heating the water to over 28ºC
There is a 750 Gbp damage deposit when families and 100 € per person when groups over 25 years old and 150 € person when under 25 years old,
Please note: For any arrivals after 19.00 pm not using our transfer service there will be a 25 € out of hours charge.

“Great Vila”
This is a lovely villa that is very spacious and has several supermarkets within walking distance, Dale was very helpful on arrival and Maria the manager a lovely lady who was happy to help us if needed. there is a restaurant and bar with a pool next door that is very reasonably priced and we found the food much cheaper and better than much more expensive restaurants we used. Would highly recommend this villa to large families/friends .
