Beautiful duplex located in Seville's Old Town district in a completely renovated house. It is full of character, very safe, with many shops, bars and restaurants, very traditional and modern at the same time and very central location inside Macarena Neighborhood surrounded by the old roman fortification.

This spacious and furnished apartment with modern style consists of: At First Floor; two double bedrooms with two private bathrooms. Master bedroom has a comfortable Queen Size Bed Memory Foam ‘PerlaSalute Medical Coolmax HD’ with ensuite bathroom, cupboard and two outsides balconies double glazing to Beautiful Plaza Moravia. Second bedroom has two single beds and private bathroom too.

At Ground Floor, you will find a compact and fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils. At the living room you’ll find an amazing Italian sofa-bed and sunny outsides windows double glazing to Plaza Moravia, plus a toilet near the kitchen.

Located on the popular Macarena neighborhood, with little traffic, has plenty of natural light thanks to all outside balconies and the central patio. It is cozy, lively, modern, spacious, and ideal for relaxing after nice walk around the city center. The apartment offers centralized air conditioning and heating both floors, TV and Free High Speed Wi-Fi. You can also find a playground in the Plaza so the smallest of the family can enjoy and meet the local neighbors of the area.
