Description
One-bedroom apartment with a private terrace. It is centrally located in a quiet street of Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter.
The living space includes a sofa, a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs. Sharing the same space is the kitchen including breakfast bar and bar stools, which is well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering. Other amenities include flat-screen TV, air-conditioning (hot/cold) and Wi-Fi internet access.
A corridor leads to the bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), a desk and a large built-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom complete with bathtub. The bedroom faces a quiet patio, ensuring a restful space to sleep.
A glass door leads from the living area onto the terrace, complete with outdoor seating and decorated with plants. One side is shaded for the hot summer days and there are partial views of the Giralda tower.
