Description
River House is a house located in the heart of historic Seville between the Cathedral and the Guadalquivir River, a few meters from the popular Torre del Oro is without doubt the best location in Seville.
Built originally in S. XVII as an official residence of the Royal Treasury , has been completely renovated and is equipped with modern amenities but retains the flavor of historic buildings .
The house consists of ground floor, first and second and is distributed in : foyer with interior elevator , living room, three bedrooms with attached bath, office , attic, deprivation and terrace and a large, bright kitchen .
The house is hot / cold heated and has free internet and rent linens , towels and kitchen equipment . Its crockery and glassware are of the highest quality . It has a plasma TV and stereo.
The house is decorated in classic and comfortable with quality furnishings and works of contemporary painters and sculptors Andalusian style. A curious collection of photos adorn one of his walls.
Being situated in the historical center, public transport or car is not necessary. All things to visit in Sevilla , you can walk to visit a pleasant walk : the Cathedral, the Alcázar , the Palace of San Telmo, the Torre del Oro and Guadalquivir ....
The shopping area and restaurants is two minutes from the house . It really is a public parking for your vehicle, a supermarket and a car rental office .
A house can be accessed on the bus from the airport ( save Torre del Oro ) and taxi. The airport is fifteen minutes and the train station ten minutes .
In short, it is a great choice for your vacation rental in Seville.

“Perfrect Location and lovely property”
Maria was excellent all the way from taking the booking to addressing any issue we had during the stay. Only recommendation is Freezer needs updating, apart from that excellent.
