Description from owner

Description

Located on a private road of large detached houses and close to beautiful Beeston Common, Rosehaven has recently been extensively extended and updated to provide a large, contemporary but comfortable holiday retreat.

Sleeping up to twelve guests in luxury six bedroom, six bathroom accommodation we aim to share our holiday home with couples, their children, families and friends and provide a luxurious, boutique hotel feel, relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience.

The accommodation briefly comprises of:

A large and beautifully decorated open plan kitchen / dining / living area with sliding doors onto the garden bringing the outside in. The kitchen is equipped with Corian worktops, two dishwashers, two Siemens ovens, a warming drawer, an induction hob, a floor to ceiling fridge, a drinks fridge, a freezer and dining for up to fourteen guests.

The living area offers luxury, custom designed modular seating, a 43" internet TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime access, a HDMI DVD player, HDMI leads for games consoles and large bluetooth speaker.

Leading from the living area is a separate snug / playroom, again with internet TV, an HDMI DVD player, HDMI wiring for games consoles, a CD player and DAB radio connections. This is perfect for kids and adults alike and offer those requiring peace and quiet as a space away from the rest of the house.

Also on the ground floor is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a house cloakroom with loo and hand wash basin.

There are six luxuriously appointed bedrooms each named after local villages, each with its own bathroom:

Kelling: A large beautifully appointed bedroom with a superking bed and far reaching views to the sea and Beeston Hill. A large en-suite with a velux window providing lots of natural light completes this master suite. This room can also be set up as twin bedded room if required.

Weybourne: A large bedroom, decorated in shades of grey and ochre, which can be offered as either a twin bedded or superking room. Weybourne has a large en-suite bathroom with a window to the back of the house.

Sustead: A large bedroom with mirrored furniture and a superking bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom boasts its own seating area and large en-suite bathroom with a velux window for lots of natural light.

Blickling: A double bedroom which can be offered either as a superking or twin bedded room with a bijou en-suite bathroom.

Felbrigg: A twin bedded room, ideal for adults or children, with exclusive use of the family bathroom.

Gresham: A large ground floor bedroom with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and its own large en-suite bathroom. This room and the en-suite bathroom has wider doors for easy access.

Each bedroom has its own TV with Freeview access.

All beds are made with luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, large fluffy towels, robes and slippers are provided for all guests. We also provide Gilchrist and Soames Spa Therapy hand wash, body lotion and hair and body wash in each bathroom.

At the rear of the property is fully self-contained and very private garden with a large patio area, lawn, outdoor rattan table and chairs for 12, an outdoor sofa area and a gas BBQ. We also provide outdoor blankets for those chillier evenings.

Rosehaven has three off-road parking spaces and you can really just turn up and never drive again for the duration of your holiday. It's just 15 minutes walk to the High Street or the beach.

A train station connects Sheringham with Norwich where there are trains to London and both the Midlands and the North West. A Coastal Hopper bus service runs from Cromer to Kings Lynn, stopping at wonderful seaside villages along the way.
