Located in the quaint seaside town of Sheringham, "Sunset Corner" is a five minute walk to both the high street and blue flag beaches. Sheringham is a charming seaside town with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, a little theatre, two railway stations and a coastal hopper bus service. Our house will provide a relaxing home for your stay with plenty of room for up to six people, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Inside: Living room - SmartTV with BT basic package, DVD player, sideboard containing a large selection of DVD's, seating for six. Dining room - Dining table with six chairs, sideboard containing books, games, placemats. CD player/FM radio Bedroom 1 - Two single beds, fitted wardrobes and drawer storage, vanity table and mirror.Bedroom 2 - King size bed, fitted wardrobes and drawer storage, vanity table and mirror, laundry basket.(A travel cot can comfortably be placed in either of these bedrooms. Please supply your own linen for the cot.)Bedroom 3 - This smaller room has two 2ft 6” small singles, boiler housing unit. All bedrooms have blackout blinds with child safety clip.Shower room - Large 1200mm x 900mm enclosed shower, WC, sink. Kitchen - Electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ample utensils, cooking equipment, dining sets.Pantry - Storage area including items such as clothes airer, rotary dryer for outdoor use, pegs, high chair, stairgate, ironing board and iron.Downstairs WC.Other - Wi-fi, travel cot and hairdryer are available. Outside:Garden - Seated pagoda, patio table and (6) chairs. Bistro table (4) chairs. Off street parking for one car in front of the garage - please note there will be no access to the garage or garden shed during your stay.Linen included - please provide your own linen for use of the travel cot. Bathroom towel set consisting of one bath, one hand will be provided per person. Please bring your own beach towels.Children are welcome although there is a no pet, no smoking policy.

“Perfect house for mini break”

The house was perfect for a weekend break for 4 generations of our family. The house was very well equipped with everything from high chair, toys and cot to scrabble! The welcome basket was a lovely touch too. The situation of the house was great and within walking distance to the town, beach and railway station so parking wasn’t an issue. Very quiet at night too. Jennifer was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had prior to our visit. I would definitely recommend.
