Come enjoy peace and quiet at this beautiful 3 br, 3.5 bath house just outside of 'Sconset, tucked away between the Nantucket and Sankaty Golf Courses. 15 minute walk to 'Sconset center, market and the beach. Built in 2015, entire house is clean and comfortable with new everything. Set in 2.5+ acres. Very private.
Each bedroom has private bath with shower. Master bath has a tub for a relaxing bath or bathing the little ones.
Additional amenities include: outdoor shower, outdoor table with umbrella, gas grill, 2 chaise lounges, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, gas fireplace, ironing board, lobster pot and utensils, wi-fi, central heat/ac, coffee machine, alarm clocks, ice maker.
