Located within this superb gated community this beautiful 2 bed duplex home offers outstanding holiday accommodation at an affordable rate which best of all guarantees a wonderful holiday.

You can clearly see from the photos this is an exceptional home in an exceptional community, which combines quality of living, secure gated community and ideal location within the resort.

The community has been opened in 2013 by one of the regions major developers with a history of quality homes in superbly designed communities....AND in every case they have been very very popular with guests spending holidays here.

We have no doubt that TROPICAL GARDENS will be equally a popular holiday home and if you take all holiday costs into consideration the home works out as exceptional value. it will guarantee you an unforgettable holiday

The home overlooks the tropical designed main pool which leads into an indoor heated pool with a gym and a sauna, plus a summer cafe bar and a pagoda, making it an all year round holiday destination in a resort that has a long season and is in fact open all year round.

There are 2 bedrooms , a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, with a sofa bed in the lounge. The open plan living leads to a good sized balcony on the first floor that overlooks the swimming pool and both pool views and westerly views towards the coast. The home is fully appointed so all you need are personal belongings.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge so the home will sleep up to six persons

In addition you can walk to the beach although we provide many free shuttles on call both to the beaches and into old Side. Plus within a few minutes walk are several popular restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the main street in SIDE in under 10 minutes.

The community is safe and secure, great for all ages and somewhere where parents can relax whilst children play in the children's playground.

We have more photos and also ask for our free online video of SIDE resort. To summarize the home provides a high quality home in a luxurious community and ticks all the holiday boxes. We always believe having a great annual holiday is based around the right accommodation so when you are adding up total holiday costs, door to door, remember per person a variance of £30 for example on what you pay for the accommodation is a fraction of the total and should not be a consideration.
