The MIRAGE COMPLEX is one of Side’s most impressive developments consisting on just 24 high quality apartments surrounding an especially large swimming pool and in a convenient location for all that Side has to offer.

The community is a secure area with 24/7 manned gate.

This beautiful 3 bed 3 bath duplex apartment of over 1800 sq ft offers outstanding holiday accommodation for up to 9 persons at a very affordable price.

Ideal for large families or smaller groups wanting to enjoy a 5 star home

You can see from the floor plan how well the accommodation is arranged, with the two large balconies overlooking the stunning main pool.

In addition to this there is a smaller children’s pool which is overlooked by the super sun terrace where clients can relax and enjoy elevated views.

Underneath this terrace is the heated indoor pool and a fitness centre so that if it gets too hot or too cold one can always swim in comfort and burn off the excesses of the holiday.

The community also benefits from being gated, and each home is managed by the local Kaya Homes, with 24/7 service.

In addition the management company will organise airport transfers, local tours to popular sites and attractions, car hire, etc.

One can walk to the beach and old town although there is no need as a regular Dolmus bus service runs frequently 18 hours a day. Also close by are several good restaurants (popular with residents) shops and supermarket.

Thus all you need for a great holiday are your personal belongings. We provide a comprehensive guide to the area , with our personal thoughts on where to eat, shop, attractions, etc, so from day 1 you can fully enjoy your stay.

We at Vacation Homes UK Ltd have for the last 7 years looked after homes and concentrate only private holiday homes in SIDE resort as we love Side and it allows us to offer our guests VIP services in resort shops, bars, restaurants, tours , etc.

Plus in addition to being contactable we employ full time managers to take care of guests in resort making sure the home is up to standard and ready to receive guests. For your security all payments are placed in a special Royal Bank of Scotland Client account until after the holiday is over. Only then is payment released to the owner.

Prior to the start of a holiday guests receive a comprehensive pre holiday information pack to maximize enjoyment and save money during the vacation.
