The antique apartment have been reinvigorated, made more comfortable and personalized whilst using traditional local materials, rough stone, terracotta, wrought iron, wood.
This elegant, well-appointed apartment is complete with stylish fitted bathroom and kitchen.It has its own unique style, with precious materials and a unforgettable view through the window. It connects with the central patio which has large tables and barbecue.
Bicycles are provided to cycle into the nearby villages. In a common living room with a large screen TV. Washing machine, access to internet are shared.

The separate kitchen area is spacious and modern, with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and gas cooker, and microwave oven. Two double rooms share a bathroom with shower, stone basin and travertine cladding. Stylish teak furniture and wrought iron bedsteads. Central heating.
The outdoor area has a barbecue, relax chairs and comfortable benches, canvas umbrellas. Outdoor shower is available.

The villa is ideally situated to visit truly legendary Tuscany: Sienna, Chianti, Val d'Orcia, ancient villages, medieval cloisters and landscapes which have inspired the world's greatest artists.
The ideal place for an inspirational holiday. Stroll to the village and back, dine at the pizzeria and trattoria nearby. Go for a swim in the nearby Merse river (100mt), horse-back riding in the local Riding Centre.from our villa you can start to walk in the Tuscan hill (Montagnola senese) or take a horseride in the country You're a short bus ride away from Sienna and a walk away from the larger village of Rosia which boasts shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy everything you might need.

Everything was amazing. The views, the accommodation, the facilities. We were only here for 2 nights, but we absolutely utilised all that was on offer. We would definitely stay here again!

“beautiful base for exploring Siena and environs”
The apartment is as described. Great place! Just one thought: both beds are amazingly noisy, even without any particularly vigorous activity. I guess the metal frames do need a bit of attention.
