Description
This traditional quarrymans cottage is situated on the outskirts of the village of Bethesda.
It has a wealth of character features including massive Inglenook fireplace with multi-fuel burner, pitch pine doors, slate and pine flooring, exposed beamed ceilings and original roll top bath.
10-minutes along a picturesque cycle track to the AMAZING ZIP WIRE!! - ADRENALIN JUNKIE'S HEAVEN!!
To the rear of the property there is a patio with garden furniture, and pretty cottage garden which leads to small woodland area with a path connecting to the Lon Las Ogwen cycle route, which runs through the Ogwen valley with its wonderful scenery of mountains, lakes and waterfalls.
20 minutes from Snowdon.
Bike Hire and storage is available in a lockable shed to the rear of the cottage.
2 x Doubles downstairs, and kingsize crog loft with reduced height - not suitable for children under 7
Cot available for all bedrooms
Mezzanine area above lounge has additional single bed, please note this area is not private
Bedding with beds made up ready for your arrival, one hand and one bath towel provided per guest, kitchen towels included.

“Great stay for New Year’s Eve!”
There was a group of 7 that stayed here to see the new year in and it was lovely. When we arrived the fire was already going to keep the house warm and lynne had made the cottage very cosy with milk, bread eggs etc. There was definitely enough space for all of us and even when the fire went out it wasn’t that cold. Lynne was very easy to get in touch with and she dropped off some extra wood for the fire half way through. The area was lovely even though it rained a lot! We had an Indian in Bethesda and it was very good. We went to the Bounce below Cave’s which was about 45 mins away but worth it! Would recommend this cottage as it is the perfect place to escape to!
