POWDER MONKEY #11 TOWNHOME - 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - BEDDING: MASTER Bedroom: Pillowtop Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV/DVD, Bedroom # 2: Pillowtop Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Bedroom # 3: Kids Room with Pyramid Bed, flat screen TV/DVD. Two Story Townhouse. Assuming that there is snow on the ground, cross your deck, descend three stairs, and you will be on a novice trail at the top of Western Territory and Powder Monkey Lift and Across the street from the Western Territory. 2 bedrooms upstairs with full bath. One-Bedroom on the main floor with a full bath.
SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITIONING
AMENITIES: Gas Fireplace. Washer/Dryer. The bonus loft couch seating area overlooks Living Room, and converts into a queen sofa bed. Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community and free Resort Shuttle Service to take you to the Village or Silver Creek (night skiing/tubing).

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.

~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file

“Great location”
Great location. Right next to powdermonkey lift. We had 6 and everyone slept comfortably. Fireplace heats up the unit great, kitchen has everything you need and nice mud room to hold ski equipment.

Response from the manager This is to confirm that in the off-season the bannister pickets were replaced using the current building code standard of less than 4" opening in between, AND, a child safety gate was also installed.
