WHISTLEPUNK #18 - 4 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHS - BEDDING: Master BR: Pillowtop Queen Poster Bed, TV/DVD, private full bath, BR #2: Pillowtop Double Bed, TV/DVD, hallway full bath, BR #3: Pillowtop Double Bed, TV/DVD, pull out twin sofabed, shared hallway full bath with BR #4: Pillowtop Queen Bed, TV/DVD, pull out twin sofabed, shared hallway full bath with BR 3. Washer/Dryer. Ski Storage Entry. This condo can accommodate up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops., living and dining room area with log fireplace (wood provided). TV/DVD players. The condo is just off Whistlepunk Trail, a Novice run leading to the entire trail system. 2 ski lifts within 100 yards, and across the street from the Double Black Diamond trails of Western Territory.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.

~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking

~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.

“Rustic, comfortable, functional and convenient for a large group”

Great place and will not hesitate to try and rent it again next year. Loved the kitchen which was great for cooking and the big table for feeding a group. It was lovely overall and very comfortable.

How do damage deposits work?
