This detached cottage is in the village of Solva near to St Davids and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.Court House is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Solva just three miles from St Davids in Pembrokeshire. The cottage can sleep five people in one double bedroom and two singles as well as a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, dining room with woodburner and a sitting room and a conservatory. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Court House is a delightful cottage in a lovely part of the country.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio,WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Front lawned area. Two small well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pubs, restaurants and coast 5 mins walk. Note: Gated exit in rear garden to river so children must be supervised. Note: Stone steps down to cottage from parking area. Note: Narrow stairs inside cottage with low beam above staircase. Note: Conservatory is accessed by external door. Note: Low front doorway, care should be taken.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: A superb village around the water inlet where boats can be launched and walks along the dramatic coast path will be a delight any time of the year. This pretty little village may be small but offers friendly pubs serving good food, a fish and chip shop, quirky gift shops, art galleries and a superb woollen mill shop where special gifts can be bought to remember your stay in Wales.

“Lovely village, shame about this property”

When opening the front door we were met with a smell like a damp musty church. There were cobwebs all in the beams of the ceiling, around the radiators in the toilet and all across the bedroom doors.… More

In particular as we have been in contact with you and you have been offered compensation from the property owner for the nights missed and the matter was resolved to your satisfaction. In regards to the comments of property cleanliness, we were not made aware that you had encountered an issue in the property until after you had decided to vacate. Had we been made aware that there was an issue, we would have looked to rectify this for you immediately whilst in the property. The property was inspected before you arrived and after you departed and the caretakers were unable to find any of the faults listed in the property. Thank you again for sharing your comments. We really do appreciate any feedback on the property as this allows us to maintain the property to the high standard you should expect.
