Description
Clouds End Apartments, also known as Somerset West Apartments is situated in Somerset West in an upmarket residential area with spectacular views out to the ocean. It is in the Winelands of South Africa, 40 minutes from Cape Town, surrounded by fantastic Golf courses and superb restaurants. It has 2 self-catering spacious apartments, namely the DELTON Apartment & THEDEN Apartment, that are serviced 5 days a week. Each has a private entrance, lock-up garage, uncapped internet and is well equipped with high-end appliances.
This listing refers to the DELTON APARTMENT which has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom (2 wash-basins, a bath-tub & separate toilet) and access to a spacious terrace/balcony.
The other bedroom (also a queen-sized bed) has a bathroom with 2 wash-basins, a large rain shower, a toilet and a bidet. A separate guest toilet is available in the apartment. The dining and lounge areas are modern with an open-concept style with the well-equipped kitchen. From the lounge guests can walk through sliding-doors onto the large terrace. This terrace has 2 loungers and a large table with seating for 8 people, where meals can be enjoyed.
A decoder for German TV (at an extra cost from the local provider) is available in the lounge. DSTV is also available and unlimited internet is included. For all guests there is a splash pool with deck chairs, laundry facilities and a gas barbecue.
Rates quoted are based on a 2 person occupation. A surcharge of Euro 45 per night per extra person will be charged.

Jede Wohnung verfugt uber einen eigenen Eingang, abschließbare Garage, unbegrenztes Internet und ist gut mit High-End-Geraten ausgestattet.
Dieser Eintrag bezieht sich auf das DELTON APARTMENT mit 2 Schlafzimmern, eines mit einem Queen-size Bett und angeschlossenem Bad (2 Waschbecken, eine Badewanne & separate Toilette) und Zugang zu einer geraumigen Terrasse/Balkon. Das andere Schlafzimmer (auch mit einem Queen-Size Bett) hat ein Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken, eine grobe Regendusche, eine Toilette und ein bidet. Ein separates Gaste-WC ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Der Ess-und Wohnbereich sind modern gehalten als offene Einheit mit der gut ausgestatteten kuche. Aus dem Wohnbereich können die Gaste durch Schiebetüren auf die grobe überdachte Terrasse treten. Diese Terrasse verfugt uber 2 Liegestühle und eine groben Tisch, an dem man mit 8 Leuten speisen kann.
Ein decoder fur deutsches TV ist im Wohnbereich vorhanden und kann gegen Gebühr vom lokalen Anbieter freigeschaltet werden. DSTV ist ebenfalls verfügbar und unbegrenztes Internet in der Wohnungsmiete eingeschlossen.
Fur alle Gaste gibt es einen kleinen Pool mit Liegestühlen, einen Raum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sowie einen Gasgrill.
