Description
Exclusive and independent stone farmhouse set in a private village (Borgo) within of a private and exclusive 300 hectares property in the most beautiful and peaceful country side at 4 km from Spoleto .
Farmhouse on two levels with a large terrace covered by pergola with dining table overlooking a charming private valley and garden.
On the first floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with bathtub, living room with fireplace and canopy. On the ground floor: entrance from the terrace, eat-in kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and dining table. Total sleeps 4.
With extra charge third double bedroom with private bathroom and studio with sofa bed for other 3 guest. Maximum 7 people.
The rental cost doesn’t include heating which will be calculated according to consumption at the end of the stay. Therefore upon arrival with the delivery of the keys a deposit will be required.
Size of the house: 140 sqm, terrace 50 sqm. and garden 1.000 sqm. Access to private lake with swimming and fishing facilities. Tennis court. Mountin bike avaible for free.
