Description

Located in a fully restored rural school, at 500 mts of altitude with a breathtaking view of Spoleto fortress (Rocca) and the historic town. Surrounded by ancient olivegroves and woods, the property is located just 3 kilometers away from Spoleto town(south of Umbria), reachable by an easy hiking pathway in the peaceful nature ( from the complete natural surrounding you can reach the centre of Spoleto in just 30 minutes of relaxing walking tour!) and it is an ideal starting point for numerous hiking and nature trails that wind through the surrounding hills.
The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, large bathroom with shower. In the lounge you will find a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate a third/fourth person.

At guests ' disposal a private garden where you can eat or indulge in relaxation, a small children's playground, parking.
Small pets are allowed, please inform us in advance.
The price includes bed linen and towels, internet and utilities (excluding heating to be paid extra). Final cleaning extra to be paid on the spot euro 40 total.
Guests could enjoy a daily buffet breakfast (extra cost) served in the 13th century old converted monastery in hospitality just few steps away.

Main distances: from Rome 130 km (1 hour and 30 min drive), 47 km (30 min drive) from Assisi, 45 km (40 min drive) to Todi, 60 km (50 min drive) to Perugia.

Throughout the year Spoleto offers several cultural and artistical events, besides the famous Festival of the two worlds created back in 1958 by Menotti, now renamed as Spoleto Festival taking place every year between June and July, the Drama Season organized by the International Lyrical School and many other celebrations to discover typical umbrian food and folklore.

There are 3 further apartments available for rental all owned by me, they all have the same features but one smaller on the ground floor, one room studio flat with double sofa bed and accessible for the disabled
