Description
The apartment is set in a private Borgo (village) within of a private and exclusive 300 hectares property in the most beautiful and peaceful country side at 4 km from Spoleto .
The apartment is on three levels with a private garden.
On the ground floor: entrance form the garden, eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and dining table for six people.
On the first floor: double living room with fireplace and sofabed. One bedroom with two single bed and bathroom with bathtub.
On the tower one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
Total sleeps 4+1 on sofa bed.
Size of apartment: 100 sqm, private garden 200 sqm with table, chairs for six people.
The rental cost doesn’t include heating which will be calculated according to consumption at the end of the stay. Therefore upon arrival with the delivery of the keys a deposit will be required.

“Perfetto!”
If you are looking for a gorgeous, quiet coutryside space in which to write your novel or opera, this is it. Everything is classically furnished, light and spacious. Three foot thick walls! A lovely 1.5 hour walk to town. You couldn't ask for a better host than Lorenzo. The staff (Roberta 1, Roberta 2) and Giancarlo are terrific. Even Luna, the white German shepherd on the property is nice! Heating and hot water is extra (oil heat) and ran about 300 euros per month for us in winter.

“A fine house in beautiful surroundings”
As sole occupants of the house we had complete privacy and full freedom to enjoy the wonderful estate - the fields, woods, lakes and various farm animals. And the company of the sheepdog Luna who adopted us added to our enjoyment. We also appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the owner.
