Come experience PEI at Afterglow Cottage - this gorgeous, modern 2800 sq ft 4BR, 3 bath shore house is situated on a spacious 1 acre lot with stunning water views from nearly every room! This beautifully appointed luxury home features floor to ceiling windows, granite countertops, a huge 26 cu ft stainless fridge, downdraft range, 25 ft vaulted ceilings, 3 HD tvs, wifi, front load washer/dryer,dishwasher and much more! The nicely equipped kitchen includes full sets of dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, stoneware, blender, slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, etc...everything you'll need to feed a hungry group after a day at the beach or on the golf course!
Afterglow Cottage is a 3 level home which provides ample room for you and your family, plus guests with it's 4 queen beds, 1 double and 1 twin; you'll have room for up to 11! 3 large couches and multiple seating areas make sure everyone's comfortable and has room to stretch out. An extra spacious master, complete with it's own deck overlooking the water, a water view reading loft and elegant en suite, will ensure you end each day feeling rested and begin each day rejuvenated.
On the outside, Afterglow provides even more space: a large, furnished 30' x 8' wrap-around deck where you can relax in the sun as the kids play on the swingset or at the badminton net. A horse shoe pit for the adult competitors. And a fire pit where everyone can gather at the end of the day to roast marshmallows and witness the spectacular sunset afterglow that PEI is famous for!
Located in beautiful West Covehead, you are just 5 minutes from the white sandy beaches of the Stanhope National Park to which you'll get free access with our complimentary Park Pass. Other nearby attractions include the Stanhope Golf and Country and Club, just 5km away and the Covehead Harbour with deep-sea fishing, private charters and licensed dining just 6.5 km away. Charlottetown's just 15 minutes south and Cavendish 20 minutes east, you are centrally located to see all that PEI has to offer!
