La casa è indipendente e si sviluppa su due piani. Al piano superiore si trova una confortevole camera da letto matrimoniale arredata e un ampio bagno fornito di doccia e vasca. Al primo piano si trova un locale unico con cucina e soggiorno fornito di divano letto a doghe in legno per due ospiti aggiunti. Tutta la casa è stata ristrutturata recentemente conservando l'atmosfera calda e raccolta delle antiche case del centro: solai in legno, mattonelle in cotto e alcuni elementi d'arredo originali. Il quartiere è centralissimo ma molto tranquillo e silenzioso.

La casa è vicino alle principali attrazioni artistiche e culturali e a negozi, ristoranti, pizzerie e bistrot.

Situata nei silenziosi e suggestivi vicoli del centro storico a pochi passi da Corso Ovidio e Piazza Garibaldi dove oltre la Giostra Cavalleresca si svolgono le principali attività cittadine come il mercato settimanale del mercoledì e del sabato.

Per chi ama trekking ed escursioni o sci d'alpinismo questa posizione è ottima anche per raggiungere i sentieri del Parco Nazionale della Majella e della Riserva Naturale Monte Genzana e Alto Gizio.
