Description

Santana Resort is a 3 storey walk up apartment conveniently located at the southern end of central Surfers Paradise with its close proximity to the Gold Coast Convention Centre & is approx 1 hour south of Brisbane International Airport. Another option is to fly direct to Coolangatta Airport in Gold Coast to reach Surfers Paradise, about 1/2 hour drive with a distance of 25 km. My time shared unit is a 1 bedroom type with a balcony & has a sofa bed at living hall which can accomodates 4 persons comfortably.A stone's throw away is the Jupiter's Casino, Patrolled beaches, Cascade Gardens, Majestical Hinterland & the 3 worlds(Movie,Dream & the Sea) are situated nearby!Facilities - swimming pool, heated spa, tropical landscaped gardens, gazebos, security parking, BBQ facilities,games room, public transport-bus stop nearby less than 500 metres which can also be taken to go to airport & theme parks. The apartment also offers complimentary Foxtel. Full tour destinations & car rental available.Unit Amenities -airconditioner,

color tv, sofa bed, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cloth dryer, full kitchen- cooking allowed.

Toiletries limited to initial supply - 2 or 4 Towels & 1 roll toilet paper/soap. Additional toiletries available for purchase.

Due to its popularity, for booking reservation requires prior confirmation .-please check with me first to confirm availability before making payment. For check in , a refundable security deposit of AUD 200 is required.Upon acceptance of your booking request, you have to provide me your personal particulars for issuing your check in confirmation slip.

My time-share unit is manage & maintained by Santana Holiday Resort.

A rubbish removal fee AUD 20 will be charge if guest fail to remove rubbish upon check-out.

House rules

There is a Bond policy for Schoolies whereby AUD 200 bond will be charge for each person and you will be able to claim approximately 10 days after you check out.
For late check-in after 5 pm, checkin on saturday after 12 pm & checkin on public holiday, a fee of AUD 10 will be charged. Need to inform resort in advance expected arrival time with regard to late check-in( check-in by appointment only).
A refundable security deposit AUD 200 is required upon check-in.

“Not quite what’s advertised”

The ad said it would have 2 single beds but only had a queen and tap fell off the hot water in the shower. But other then that it’s a good place to lay your head.
