Beautiful cottage. Every room was clean and to a high standard. Well worth the money. The hot tub was clean, the owner came round to top it up as well and to check the chlorine levels. It made my birthday memorable and I will defiantly be going back.... was a well thought out and decorated cottage. Loved it!!!

Absolutely lovely little cottage

Left on Sep 14, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

At the end of a hard day's walking this cosy little cottage was a lovely place to retreat to. It was very cosy and comfortable and very nicely done out. It was well equipped with all the things that you need, especially if you're planning a night in, plenty on the doorstep if you're not. The owner was very pleasant and helpful too. We would definitely go back again.

Great for couples to relax in a world of their own

Left on Feb 04, 2014 for a stay in November 2013

I stayed in this lovely little cottage with my boyfriend. Loved the beautiful view and the remote location (it's only minutes away from the main cottages but it gives you a romantic feeling that you are the only people left in the whole world). You can go out for interesting walks or just sit back and relax in front of a big fire. The owners were very nice and helpful. We will definitely return.

Perfect getaway

Left on Nov 30, 2014 for a stay in November 2014

Wow! Just the most perfect little cottage. Set in a stunning location with lovely views in the heart of the Yorkshire dales. We couldn't get over how quiet it was. The cottage is just beautiful, quirky and pristinely clean but with all the modern amenities you could possibly want. Just great, can't wait to return and put on the wood burner.

wonderful

Left on Dec 01, 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Even better than we hoped for, the property is beautifully presented, I wanted to walk on the Dales Way and this was well placed. We looked for somewhere quiet and off the beaten track, cottage was perfect. Would definitely book again.

Only downside? No public transport or local taxis, so you will need a car if you want to go anywhere apart from relax locally, which is what we wanted to do.

Beautiful place, great value, friendly and helpful, lovely area

Left on Apr 21, 2010 for a stay in February 2010

We loved East Briscoe - a stunning location away from it all with a lovely stream running through the grounds. Our cottage was very cosy and clean and we were welcomed with home baked flapjack, a tea tray and newly laid eggs! It was all very friendly and relaxing. We are definitely keen to go back. Our dogs and children felt very welcome which was a bonus.
