Description

This modern first floor apartment overlooks the sea shore and has a large balcony. It has two bedrooms and is furnished to sleep 4/5 with a double bed in the master bedroom. This has an en-suite shower room. The large second bedroom is equiped with a double bed plus single bed.

The Family bathroom has a three piece suite with a hand shower over the bath. The well equiped kitchen is fully fitted , complete with dishwasher, washer -dryer ,double oven with hob and fridge-freezer. There is also a microwave. The dining area has a table with four chairs. There is a flat screen Smart TV to the lounge and a further flat screen TV with DVD in the second bedroom & TV to the master bedroom.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and has a number of books, DVD's and boardgames. There is Lift access. There is an Allocated parking space. The Balcony has views over the Swansea Bay sea shore to Mumbles Head. It's an ideal location for a Swansea city break, walking or beach holiday, with access on to the Swansea Bay promenade, beach and Marina area.

It's a short walk to the City centre, Waterfront Museum, LC2 leisure centre, Dylan Thomas Centre & Theatre. There are a number of cafe's, and restaurants nearby as well as two supermarkets. There is easy access to drive to Mumbles or the Gower and there is also easy access to public transport to these areas. Non Smoking. No Pets.

Getting around

Its a short walk to the city centre, although the Marina is on a bus route. The main bus hub for Swansea is nearby, in the city centre, plus the train station is nearby. Depending on how much luggage you have, it is possible to walk to the railway station in c 30mins but if you need a taxi or bus then the links are very good. Depending on the type of holiday you want, a car is useful but not essential as there are regular bus services to take you all over Swansea and the South Wales area plus the train service.

Interaction with guest

In most cases, keys are sent to guests ahead of their visit as we find most guests prefer a less pressurised approach where they are not rushing to collect keys. If guests have to be met at the property that can be arranged. There is information at the apartment for things to do and places to go but we are always available if our guests would like further suggestions and recommendations. Many of our previous guests have also left recommendations in the visitors book kept at the apartment. There is also information at the apartment on how everything works from washing machine to heating system but we are always happy to talk guests through this.

“St Margaret's Court stay”

Very nice two bedroom flat overlooking Swansea beach and located in Swansea marina. Nice size flat and have comfortable beds. The owner of flat was extremely nice and very helpful.

“Relaxing stay by the sea.”

The apartment was very well equipped with everything one needs to cook, sit and eat together, relax together and with comfortable beds. The view across Swansea Bay is beautiful and it was great to watch the boats , including Waverley arriving and departing. We could just walk over the dunes for a swim and sitting on the balcony morning and evening was a joy.
