A beautiful modern apartment overlooking the waterfront of Prince of Wales Dock from your sit-out lounge balcony - and views over the harbour and out to sea from your sit-out bedroom balcony. This lovely dual aspect apartment not only comes with secure underground parking and video entry - but everything you have come to expect from the owners of 'The Mirador Boutique Town House' spectacular decor, cool furnishings, clean lines and attention to detail.
The apartment itself is tastefully furnished with mirrored furniture throughout and draped in crushed velvet furnishings including the sofa, bedding and curtains. The bed has a semi-orthopedic mattress with no less than 3000 individual pocket springs topped with a generous layer of memory foam guaranteeing you the most glorious night's sleep; all wrapped up in bedding fit for a King & Queen.
Your apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the heart of the city where you will pass some great bars - Jazz bars and waterfront restaurants along the way - yet it is far enough away to remain peaceful and quiet. The 5 mile sweeping beach of Swansea Bay is literally on your doorstep, along with the Mumbles and of course 'The Gower Peninsular'. The views from both of your balconies - be it day or night are simply stunning, overlooking the Waterfront and the hills that surround you - and the harbour looking out to the sea beyond.
