E’ composto da due camere da letto climatizzate, bagno con doccia e asciugacapelli. L’appartamento dispone di cucina completa e accessoriata, minibar e cassaforte: balcone o terrazza vista mare.
La Rosa sul Mare è affacciata nella parte più suggestiva del parco naturalistico e dell’area marina protetta del Plemmirio di Siracusa con le ripe di roccia bianca e le terrazze fiorite digradanti sul mare. Una struttura esclusiva, immersa in un’oasi di profumi e colori della vegetazione tipica mediterranea.
Le tariffe includono la pulizia giornaliera, l’accesso alla piscina/solarium e l'accesso diretto al mare; Per utilizzare la cucina in appartamento chiediamo un deposito di € 30,00 che verrà restituito al check-out a condizione che la zona cucina sia stata lasciata pulita e non vi siano ammanchi o danni; E’ prevista la tassa di soggiorno di Euro 1.50 per persona per le prime 4 notti;
La colazione continentale a base di tè, latte, cappuccino, espresso accompagnati da brioche, pane, cereali, burro, miele, marmellata e frutta, è su richiesta e viene servita in una graziosa veranda con vista, per la tariffa di Euro 12,00 per persona per giorno;
La struttura, immersa in un oasi di pace è totalmente coibentata ed è certificata per lo sfruttamento dell’energia solare e fa perno sui principi di sostenibilità ambientali e di risparmio energetico. Il complesso è circondato da un curatissimo giardino ed è dotato di parcheggio sia esterno gratuito, sia interno custodito per la tariffa di Euro 10,00 giornalieri.
Una suggestiva e panoramica piscina a sfioro, dalla quale completamente immersi è possibile ammirare il mare. La piscina è contornata da un giardino di roccia bianca e piante: palme, capperi, agavi e chamaerops. Vi ricordiamo di munirvi di telo mare e cuffie – sono comunque disponibili per il noleggio per la tariffa di € 5,00 per unità. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti delle spiagge che è possibile raggiungere in auto in cinque-dieci minuti. Quest’anno la struttura solarium non verrà allestita: abbiamo deciso di preservare il naturale impatto della riserva naturale dell’area marina protetta.
La Rosa sul Mare è situato sulla Costa Bianca dell’Area marina protetta del Plemmirio di Siracusa, in un punto strategico per lo snorkeling e il diving, caratterizzato dal mare cristallino. I fondali dell’Area Marina si distinguono per lo straordinario patrimonio floreale e faunistico, grazie a delle particolari formazioni naturali, simili alle barriere coralline, che favoriscono la proliferazione di diverse specie: queste piattaforme, costituite da gusci di molluschi cementificati sono caratteristiche dell’ambiente mediterraneo. La costa rocciosa presenta, in alcuni tratti, delle falesie con suggestivi strapiombi a picco sul mare. Durante le mareggiate di Grecale e Libeccio (venti che spirano rispettivamente da nordest e da sudovest) si produce un particolare effetto idropneumatico che genera spettacolari colonne d’acqua.
Il Plemmirio, celebrato fin dall’antichità, è il nome assegnato al promontorio e alla contrada compresi tra Punta della Mola a nord e Punta Milocca a sud. Esso costituisce il lembo orientale della Penisola della Maddalena, situata nella zona meridionale di Siracusa. La Rosa sul Mare è facilmente raggiungibile in macchina dalle località limitrofe e i principali aeroporti siciliani. La linea di autobus che presta servizio in zona è la 23 Celeste Strada del Mare che collega da e per il centro di Siracusa.
