“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.

“Had a serene and beautiful experience” We were a group of 12 people who participated in a holistic healing retreat at Homestead. This was our second year of retreat in this same place. The experience was fantastic and right from the view of the valley, the weather, the food, the staff courtesy and the accommodation, everything was the best possible. The staff was extremely cooperative and warm. The view from Homestead is out of the works and was an amazing environment to connect with self and also do some photography. The location of the home is very convenient with close access to all basic needs. We really appreciate the extra care taken by Shikha to help us have a more serene excercises and having taken care of our special needs for the same. Each time the experience gets better. Thanks guys!

“Absolutely sensational” We were two couples in our 60's wanting a great self contained villa,with great views, close to amenities, but not in amongst the crowds. Villa dei Fiori, surpassed all of our expectations. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms, a great kitchen, a balcony and an outdoor area 'to die for'. Luca and Mary, were gracious hosts, generous with the food and drink, which we did not expect, for your arrival. We liked the property, because it felt like a home. The location and views were perfect for what we wanted.

“1 week of relaxation in paradise” I stayed in Mountain Breeze Villa during a week in December with my mother, my brother and his family. Great place to spend time with your family in a cozy but at the same time luxury villa situated in a magical landscape. The scenery around the villa offers you a big variety- beautiful mountians, close to natural beaches and just a short ride from the amazing marine national park Khao Sam Roi Yot. The villa it self makes you feel like home with a well equipped kitchen, two big bed rooms,a luxury bathroom and even an outdoor pool and shower to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine veiwing the mountians. Service like supermarket, pharmacy, bars and resutaurants are nearby. I could highly recommend to stay in Mountain Breeze villa if you want to explore Thailand at its best.

“Excellent house in beautiful surrounding” The house is well equiped, very clean and is located in a beautiful surrounding. The view from the terrace to the mountains is excellent. Because the house is lonesome it is very quiet and in the evening some animals are visiting the garden (fox, cat, gecko, ...). The hirer are very nice and cooperative. You are getting some very helpful tips about the island which you won't find in a travel guide. The property is really huge and with hammock and a rock to climb a paradise for children, too. Above the rock the view is even more fantastic. I would come back at any time.

“Excellent Villa and Amazing Staff” We spent a week over New Years and what a fantastic experience! The Villa is close to all amenities (shops, beach, restaurants etc) so you are spoilt for choice for quick lunches / dinners or bar hopping. The rooms are spacious, the house is equipped with DVD's & books and the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfasts were out of this world and dinners amazing! “Spacious luxury in one of Cape Town's hidden gems” The atlantic Dream beach villa is perfect for a relaxing weekend/holiday not too far from Cape Town within a short walking distance from one of the coastline's prettiest beaches. The house caters for many activities such as pool, table tennis, darts, board games, swimming pool, sun tanning, braai/bbq and satellite TV so no matter what the weather or the mood, there will always be something to do. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and neat while the kitchen is spacious and well equipped.The garden and pool area is very sheltered from the South Easter and the design of the house is a perfect combination of luxury and beach-house feel. The only (minor) drawbacks are that, firstly, the wooden floors mean that those sleeping downstairs can clearly hear the upstairs people walking around and, secondly, the hedge across the road which blocks some of the sea view. None of these, however, will deter me from coming back. I would strongly recommend booking this house, and I will certainly do so again.

“Even better than the photos - just beautiful” Stayed a week at Geoffrey's lovely villa with family including our 5 month old daughter. Such a great property, beautiful gardens and wonderful place to stay in a good neighbourhood. Just a 15-20 min walk to Ubud with plenty of great walks and dining options locally. The property is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very comfortable lodgings and lush gardens. The staff were very friendly and took great care of us and the property while we were there. All of us felt very fortunate to stay in this fantastic villa - highly recommended!

“Excellent” From the moment I booked the Villa Jenny was amazing in answering all my questions. We stayed over Christmas and New year, Anan arranged our Christmas day feast !!! Omg was amazing, Anan was great the entire stay, Michael, Tin and Dew are all fabulous people and could not do enough for us, we have traveled to Bali many times but never in a large group, we were a group of 9 and the villa was perfect, so close to everything, if you are looking at staying here I would recommend that you do ...we will be back for sure :-)

“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“Oasis in Ubud” We stayed at this beautiful little villa for 5 nights and it was fantastic, it is a private villa that is close to everything. The staff were exceptional and the owner Kath & Wayan were helpful with anything required including sending back a forgotten piece of clothing! I highly recommend anyone looking for a lovely villa that is close to everything, there is no need for a taxi as you can walk to all the key parts of town. Lastly breakfast is great - icing on the cake.

“The perfect stay” We joined family friends for a week at Bann Kata Keeree and could not have been more happy with our stay. “Absolutely amazing!” We had a truly relaxing and incredibly enjoyable stay at Strathisla. The room was lovely, the food fantastic, the views phenomenal, and our hosts (Priya and Jaykumar) delightful. We really enjoyed the walk that Jaykumar took us on through the tea plantation. Not only was the scenery magnificent but we also had a great time meeting locals along the way. It was a lovely way to get to see a different but very real side of Sri Lanka. Priya's food was heaven - the only problem was that no other food tasted as good. Many many thanks to our fantastic hosts. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

“Home from home with an awful lot more ...” For us La Mulinella was idyllic,from the thick stone walls and curved ceilings of the house itself to the unique view out of each window.It's rustic charm combined with every mod-con makes for the most relaxing holiday.The only problem for our family of four, children aged seven and twelve was that everytime we left the house all we wanted to do was get back to it!!(if you call that a problem)Ping pong by the pool,hammocks in the shade, a bread/dough maker and last but defeniteley not least a traditional wood burning pizza oven.It is "A little gem" We thank the family for being so helpful and sharing their wonderful home with us...

“A Bali Beauty” Arriving in Bali after a long flight, it was wonderful to be greeted by our driver at the airport, and transported to our Villa. On arrival we were overwhelmed by the our spacious Balinese home away from home. All mod cons, ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms for added comfort at night. The pool was a bonus, we swam any time of the day or night. The bifold doors were a great to close off the pool as we had young children with us. The villa was serviced daily, it was a real holiday for everyone. There was a water cooler with ice cold water on tap at all times and a kitchen with everything you need for holidays...but why would you cook every day when you are so close to restaurants and shops. There is a laundry virtually across the road..had all our washing and ironing done ready to come home. Lancer and his friendly staff were available to help with anything we wanted. Whether it was a fully cooked breakfast, dinner organised at the Villa or sightseeing to be arranged, he was our man. We had a security guard on duty 24/7 who welcomed us home each day.... We are so glad we chose this property to stay at.
