Tavira, slow city, one of oldest of Algarve, more than 300 days of sun is year, welcomes you. Culture, magnificent beaches, golf, the tasty gastronomy and friendy name people are waiting for you. Ideal for family, golf, romantic, summer holidays. Come to discover.
Beautifull, spacious ground floor appartment near the center of tavira, with good Feng Shui. Ideal for 4 persons. The flat has 2 rooms, both with double bed, sheets, pillows, blankets and conforters, wardrobe, bedside tables and with window to outside. Includes the baby bed if necessary. Electric heater. There is a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and white towels. the kitchen is full equipped: fridge, stove, oven, combined grill, microwave, washing machine, dish wash machine, iron, citrus fruit machine, toaster, blender, magic wand, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and a area for storage. Includes, cups, dishes, cutlery and all things you need to make your meals if you like it. The spacious living room has nice sofas, DVD, TV with four channels and spannish Portugal channels. Includes wireless internet free and table games. For Child there is space and some toys.
There is cleannig service by request.
Despite of the appartment being near the center of Tavira is in a very quiet areastreet. In front there is a mini supermarket and two next doors there is a barcoffee. The five minutes walking to arrive to the old city and all services, post office, banks, local shops, restaurants, area around Gilão river (that crosses Tavira) and lot of terraces in the gardens. The 10 15 minutes walking you can catch a boat to the beach of tavira island-one of the most beautifull of Algarve.
Golf courses and others beaches to 10 minutes by car. Come to feel the sun kissing your skin in beach Huts that was considered by the readers of the ' guardian ' one of best beaches of Iberian peninsula.
The owner lives to 5 minutes and can give more information and help to solve any possible problem that can appear.
