Description

At the quiet & green neighborhood of Hadar Yosef, we offer 2 bdr apartment, on the second floor of our private house.

Hadar Yosef is a unique residential quarter of TA, with many playgrounds, public gardens, shops and cafes.

We are minutes away from Hayarkon Park, Ramat Hachayal hi tec park, TA Expo, TA university, Assuta hospital, the National Sports Center.

Only 20 minutes to the beach and to TA center.

Parking is available on the street, and within 5 minutes walk you reach several bus stops.

You may also rent a bicycle and ride your way into town thru the lovely trail along the Yarkon river.

The apartment sleeps 4.

The kitchen is equipped for light cooking - fridge, micro, toaster, electric stove etc.

Part of our garden is for our guests' use.

We provide weekly washing of the beddings and towels.

Our presence on the ground floor provides peace of mind yet we cherish our guests' privacy.

The stated rate is for single occupancy.

The apartment is a No Smoking zone.

Response from the owner The apartment is aimed for tourists, who stay out most of the day. The kitchen is equipped for LIGHT cooking, as stated in the description. This group was of 4 people, 5 for a few days, and the pot is indeed not big enough, especially if you want to cook your main meal in the apartment. I am glad that the guests enjoyed their stay after all.

How do damage deposits work?
