The images we show for each apartment do match the actual apartment and we don't appreciate you misleading potential guests with this misinformation. Our apartments are maintained and kept in optimum condition. In the rare case that they are not, we are readily available to take care of any pending issue and if needed offer additional cleaning services. Your situation appears not to be to your liking, however, given the opportunity to remedy it, we always would. And as you can see from the vast majority of our reviews across multiple platforms and literally 1000's of guests over several years our ratings are excellent as we provide an impeccable service to our guests.
