Modern, cool, and relaxing! Welcome to the ultra-sleek paradise of "Grand Palms"! This gorgeous fully air-conditioned contemporary 3-bedroom villa is located just a short, easy 3-minute stroll across the street to beautiful Plum Baie beach (200 yards to the sand!).

Nestled among the exclusive villas of the Terres-Basses, the "French Lowlands", this open concept villa has a sprawling main floor and pool deck with plus an incredible second floor lounge area that features a hot tub, sun loungers, an al-fresco dining area, and an outdoor living room to watch the sun set into the turquoise blue Caribbean waters.

This sleek contemporary villa is perfect for individuals seeking serene privacy yet walking distance to the beach. Set in a palm filled garden, the elegant lines of the house draw you to the calming view. Green tropical foliage edged with the sapphire rim of the sea creates a peaceful atmosphere. This is a space to relax with a book or glass of champagne and totally forget the world.

While great for small families and groups of friends, it’s perfect for honeymoon couples. It has an intimate and romantic feel. The clean modern design of the house perfectly blends the open plan interior onto the generous outdoor spaces filled with dining and lounging spaces. Travertine tiles visually connect the spaces. Elegant, inviting designer furniture, used inside and outside, has a Euro style in soothing taupe, off white and grey with touches of vibrant color.

A well-appointed kitchen pairs beautifully with the flow of the house. In deep aubergine, steel and grey granite, the kitchen opens to both the exterior and interior spaces connecting the chef with the guests.

Covered, multilevel terraces create opportunities to change the scene. On the main level is the large fiber optic pool which delights with ever changing colors at night. Or perhaps enjoy the outdoor pool table for a bit of sport. For really spectacular views, head up to the roof top living space for a spectacular perch to watch the view from sunrise to sunset. A hot tub provides a tranquil spot for detoxing from stress.

The three king bedded bedrooms with hardwood floors are equal size and amenities. They each have air condition and flat screen TVs with Apple TV plus ensuite bathrooms. Each has private seating on covered terraces. One bedroom is in the main villa; two are in a separate casita.

The spa like bathrooms are fabulously oversized with indoor and outdoor showers opening to private garden views.

This lovely, sleek villa boasts a large indoor living space with comfortable modern furniture, Large Plasma TV, DVD, Satellite, CD/Tape and ceiling fan, but the best part takes place outside around the pool area with the large white lounging couches and a pool/billiard table to enjoy a game before or after dinner while sitting around the kitchen counter bar.

At night enjoy the colorful lights of the pool from inside your gourmet kitchen, or while watching a movie from the living room – where you can have the large sliding doors open so you can still hear the waves from the ocean.

Although secluded, you are close to amenities. You are steps from Plum Baie Beach. 15 minutes to the airport and in 10 minute you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings and the Creole Market. Drive 25 minutes to Grand Case and Philipsburg’s shopping haven.
