The home was completely renovated in 1996 and in 2003 has had more extensive renovations including a new portico entryway, extended living area and an indoor/outdoor bar overlooking the pool area.There are three air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own en-suite baths. All three bedrooms open out to a covered gallery that runs the full length of the villa. Two of the bedrooms also open into the main living areas of the villa.
