Private Ferienwohnung in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und vollständiger hochwertiger
Ausstattung mit traumhafter Süd-/ Süd-West-Hanglage mit Panorama-Meer- und Gebirgs-Blick.

Ihr für Sie reservierter Parkplatz liegt unmittelbar vor dem Hauseingang. Ihr Fahrzeug steht geschützt hinter einem Tor mit Sicherheitscode.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Côte. In Cannes mitten auf der Croisette bzw. am Palais des Festivals sind Sie z. B. in ca. 15 min. (12 km).
Das Haus liegt direkt am/ im Naturschutz-Gebiet „L' Estérél“. Der Wanderweg beginnt in 50 m.
Théoule sur Mer ist einer der schönsten Orte an der Côte d'Azur und neben wenigen anderen europäischen Orten Mitglied im Club der ‚Juwelen des Europäischen Tourismus'.

Liebe Frau Otte, lieber Herr Dr. Kleineberg,
ich wollte Ihnen unbedingt noch sagen, dass wir mit Ihrer Wohnung sehr zufrieden waren und einen sehr schönen Urlaub hatten. Dieser Urlaub bildet den Anfang weiterer Frankreichurlaube, denn die Wunschliste zu besuchender Städte und an Ausflugszielen ist noch lang.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und hatten glückliche, sonnenverwöhnte Tage.
Es war vollkommen egal, in welche Richtung man geht/fährt, überall ist es schön. Jeder Tag war erfüllt von purer Freude und Staunen über die Schönheit der Gegend, ... hier könnte man es auch gut länger aushalten.
Gleich nach dem Aufwachen hatte ich die große Vorfreude auf das erste Geschenk des Tages: Der Blick vom Balkon. In welches Licht ist das Esterel Gebirge getaucht, welches Kleid trägt das Meer, hängen Wolken am Himmel? Je länger wir da waren, umso vertrauter wurde die Umgebung, bekannter wurden die Wege und sicherer waren die Schritte.
Es war eine tolle Zeit und wir haben das Abenteuer unseres ersten Auslandsurlaubes absolut nicht bereut, sondern sind voller wunderschöner Erlebnisse, von Vorfreude und Träumen für kommende Jahre erfüllt.
Zu diesem Wohlgefühl hat auch entscheidend ihre Wohnung mit ihrer wunderbaren Lage und tollen Weitsicht beigetragen.
