Loursterel est un appartement classé Meublé de Tourisme et il dispose d'une vue mer panoramique (photo prise de la terrasse sans zoom).
Le tarif inclut: les taxes, les charges, l'accès piscine, le parking, le linge de maison (draps et serviettes), kit entretien et petite épicerie, lits faits à l'arrivée. Propriétaires habitants à proximité.
Le ménage final n'est pas inclus, soit vous effectuez vous-même le ménage final, soit il est en option à 50€ à régler sur place.
Dans une résidence standing, sécurisée, gardiennée, cet appartement est de grands conforts, équipement de qualité et propreté irréprochable. Terrasse avec mobilier extérieur dont transats. Cuisine totalement équipée (four combiné, lave vaisselle et lave linge séchant). L'équipement est complet (TV grand écran, home cinema) et aux normes de sécurité.
Parking privé en sous-sol.
La résidence se situe dans un site préservé, dominant la baie de Théoule sur Mer et Cannes. Elle est Idéalement située pour profiter des plages ou pour rayonner dans les Alpes Maritimes et le Var.
La résidence en bordure du parc départemental de l'Esterel et de la réserve naturelle de l'Aiguille Rouge offre un accès direct aux randonnées. Elle possède une piscine de 450m2 avec jacuzzi et espace pour les petits (début mai à fin septembre).
